In accordance with the applicable legal regulations and the provisions of Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (referred to below as “Regulation”), we hereby inform you that the Data Controller provided by you is Systent GmbH (referred to below as SYSTENT), headquartered in I–39022 Algund, tax number and VAT ID number 01697260212.

Navigation data

The IT systems and computer programs used to ensure the functionality of the website collect certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g. IP addresses or domain names of computers employed by users when connecting to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method applied to send the request to the server, the size of the file received, the numerical code indicating the state of the response from the server – successful, failed, etc. – and other parameters in concerning the user’s operating system and IT environment.

Although this information is not collected for the purpose of making associations with identified data subjects, they can of course allow users to be identified through processing and associations with data held by third parties.

These data are used solely for the purpose of collecting statistical information that is not associated with the data for identifying users through their use of the website. Such information is used to verify that the website is functioning correctly and is deleted once processed. The data may be used to assess liability in case of hypothetical computer criminality against the website.

Data provided by users on a voluntary basis

No person information is required for the website to be consulted.

Every contact with SYSTENT or the optional, explicit and spontaneous sending of messages, emails or post to the SYSTENT addresses indicated on the website comprises the subsequent logging of the address, including email, of the sender or the telephone numbers required to answer enquiries, as well as all other personal information contained in the messages concerned.

Such data are used only for the purpose of tracking the user’s enquiries and may only be disclosed to third parties if so required for this purpose.

Processing of the data for such purposes does not require consent, since this is essential to the execution of a contract to which you are a party or to implementing the pre-contractual measures you requested (Article 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation), and to fulfilling any legal obligation (Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation).

The data are processed by the personnel assigned by SYSTENT by means of methods, technical and IT instruments which are capable of safeguarding the confidentiality and security of your data and which comprise the collection, logging, organisation, storage, inspection, processing, editing, selection, querying, comparison, usage, interconnection, blocking, sharing, dissemination, deletion, destruction, including the linking of two or more of the aforementioned activities.

These data are stored for the time required to provide the user with the requested service and are deleted immediately thereafter, irrespective of other statutory retention requirements. Your data are not disseminated.

As part of its activity and for the aforementioned purposes, SYSTENT can make use of services provided by third parties which act as processors on behalf of SYSTENT and in accordance with its instructions. These are subjects that provide services for SYSTENT (e.g. IT services to ensure correct functioning of the website). You may request a complete and up-to-date list of processors by contacting one of the people below.

Your data can be transmitted within the European Union if SYSTENT or its suppliers are headquartered or have their servers located in these countries. The data are not transmitted outside of the European Union.

You can exercise your rights in accordance with the current statutory provisions, including the right to:

- confirmation as to the existence of your personal data and access to the contents thereof:

- update, edit and/or correct your personal data;

- deletion, processing in anonymised form, blocking of data handled in violation of the law or limitation to the treatment of such data;

- objection to processing for legitimate reasons;

- obtaining a copy of the data you have provided and demanding that these data are transmitted to a different data controller;
